Sustainable Overall Social Transformation: The Problem of Transition

The paper is devoted to the interdisciplinary item of sustainable development. As follows from argumentation, it advisable expose a concept universal sustainability, which capturing on whole interconnected processes changes in society, entire process transformation society as social system. It can be named overall (SOST), main criteria attributes are defined. In near future applying described fundamental approach may open door for ripen implementation strategy at national and supranational levels. this case recognized goals/ targets development (SDG), including those related neutralizing climate deterioration, achieved relatively acceptable costs most modern countries.
